Shipping & Returns

Free domestic shipping on all orders over $200 via UPS Ground. All other orders will ship via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $20. If you would like your order expedited, please contact us directly at info@cabananewyork.com.

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your items. All returned and/or exchanged items must be new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. All sale items are final sale.

If you wish to return or exchange any items from your order, please email info@cabananewyork.com for a Return Authorization code and shipping instructions. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code.

We display our items as accurately as possible on the Site and offer a full written description of all goods being sold. Please note, variations in style, color, size, shape, feel and look may occur based on the production and / or fabrics being offered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order in accordance with our Return policy or contact our customer service team at info@cabananewyork.com for further assistance.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Cabana is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once we receive your return, you’ll get an email from us. Your refund will show up on your statement within 7 days. The majority of orders are processed immediately. To cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact Customer Care at info@cabananewyork.com, and we will do our best to help cancel your order.
